Priscilla is well-known for her healthy image and support for charities. Being experienced in stage performances, she was awarded Best Pop Song at The Best of The Pop Music Awards in 2012 with the song Priscilla. She is always striving to make music for charity that when she released her first solo album Love Angel, 100% of the profits was donated to World Vision. Her first concert held in the same year was full house.

After releasing her first solo album Love Angel in 2013, Priscilla continued to put her belief in music into real practice in the following year. She performed for a handful of charitable activities, spreading love and care to others.

Later, she persisted in achieving her musical goal and performed in a variety of charity events, for example, the fund-raising concert for Nepal, hoping to bring the message of love and caring to the audience in order to encourage more people to give a helping hand to the needies.

繼2013年推出了首張個人慈善專輯《愛天使》後，2014年，周佩英繼續實踐她音樂上的信念，以音樂行善公益，擔任多個慈善活動的表演嘉賓，將關愛等訊息，傳達給每一位。

活動方面，周佩英正積極參與更多港澳和內地的地面宣傳活動，當中包括慈善公益活動，例如《MAA尼泊爾籌款》等，將她的好音樂透過舞台帶給每一位，鼓勵更多人熱心行善，幫助有需要的人。
