Siu Fay is one of the most well-known Macau singers. In 2007, he was introduced to the famed artist manager Paco Wong by the renowned composer Chan Fai Young, who is also from Macau. Later Siu Fay made his official debut in Hong Kong and his solo album was critically acclaimed – A Song in the album Little Singer was awarded with the Top 10 Hits in Jade Solid Gold Best Ten Music Awards Presentation 2012 and he was further recognized as a skilled singer. He has been the president of Macau Artistes Association since 2013.

In 2014, Siu Fay held his first solo concert Still Siu Fay as the very first Macau singer to have a concert in the Cotai Arena which hit a milestone in the Macau music, entertainment and cultural creative industries. In the year of 2018, Siu Fay once again stepped on the stage of Cotai Arena for his second concert in Macau, and he also held the live concert Love for the Entire Life in Macpherson Stadium, Hong Kong in the same year.

Siu Fay continues his music and acting career today, and he is also appearing on TV shows like Big Boys Club and Cantopop At 50 of TVB. He was one of the judges of The Voice of China (Hong Kong Audition). Siu Fay was appointed by MBL Wine Group as the new face of Braastad Cognac in the Macau Region in 2016.

澳門最廣為人認識的歌手小肥（徐智勇）於2007年經澳門著名作曲家陳輝陽介紹，獲「金牌經理人」黃柏高賞識並以藝名「小肥」到香港出道。其後，他推出的個人專輯均獲大眾好評，更憑專輯《小歌星》中的《一首歌》奪得《2012年度十大勁歌金曲頒獎典禮》十大金曲獎，進一步鞏固實力派歌手的地位。他亦於2013年出任澳門演藝人協會會長至今。

小肥於2014年在澳門舉行了首場個人演唱會《依然小肥》，成為首位踏進金光綜藝館開個唱的澳門歌手，為澳門音樂、演藝界以及文化創意產業立下里程碑。2018年，小肥再度登上澳門威尼斯人金光綜藝館舉行第二次澳門個唱，同年亦於香港麥花臣場館舉行《談情一世》演唱會。

現時，小肥繼續積極向樂壇和影壇發展，同時亮相TVB人氣節目《兄弟幫》、《流行經典50年》等，更曾擔任《中國好聲音》香港區海選的評判之一。2016年，小肥獲任為馬伯樂酒業寶伯特干邑澳門區代言人。
